'Responsibilities'
' Coordinate procurement activities for architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and logistics to prevent delays or shortages.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS to track procurement activities.
- Support project teams by providing accurate procurement status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.'
- 'Qualifications''
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the interior design, architecture or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle EBS.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience with sourcing materials for residential projects is a plus.'
