We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer/Sales professional to join our innovative team. Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cabinetry needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance throughout the design process
- Create detailed drawings in Chief Architect to visualize custom cabinetry layouts and designs
- Prepare comprehensive proposals including specifications, materials, color schemes
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and remodeling or renovation assessments
- Draft detailed construction documents and shop drawings utilizing Chief Architect to facilitate accurate manufacturing and installation
- Present design options confidently to clients,
- Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring all project parameters align with budget constraints and construction standards
- Stay informed about industry trends in interior design, cabinetry innovations, lighting sales, and remodeling techniques to continually enhance service offerings
Experience
- Proven experience in cabinet design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in cabinetry layouts and remodeling projects
- Familiarity with construction processes, contracts management, lighting design principles, renovation techniques, and building codes
- Strong sales background
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while maintaining attention to detail during drafting and remodeling phases
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively while collaborating with contractors and vendors
