- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and implement immediate solutions to boost recruiter productivity.
- Use AI-driven sourcing tools to enhance personalization and scale recruitment efforts efficiently.
Recruitment Marketing Automation Manager Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in travel healthcare staffing, with a focus on marketing and automation.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including automation and lead management features.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven sourcing technologies and their application in recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships and assess business needs quickly.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
