Digital Growth Manager (Hands-On, Shopify)Role Overview
This is a hands on execution role focused on growing Shopify sales by capturing existing demand. The primary responsibility is to turn high intent traffic and known brand demand into first time Shopify customers. This is not a brand awareness role and not a single channel position.
Primary Objectives
- Grow Shopify revenue by capturing customers who already know the brand
- Convert demand from other platforms that we sell on and ship to into first time Shopify customers
- Focus on execution, testing, and measurable revenue impact
Key Responsibilities
Execute digital growth initiatives that directly drive Shopify customer acquisition
Capture and convert demand from platforms including:
- Google (strong emphasis on Shopping and high-intent search)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- TikTok Shop
- Marketplaces such as Target.com & Walmart
- Support and scale TikTok Shop affiliate efforts tied to GMV growth
- Develop and execute strategies to convert marketplace and social customers into Shopify customers
Contribute to cross-channel capture initiatives such as:
- Product inserts
- App adoption
- First-party customer acquisition strategies
- Launch, test, and iterate on new growth initiatives with clear success metrics
- Work closely with creative, retention, and operations teams to execute growth initiatives efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience growing Shopify sales
- Comfortable operating across multiple digital platforms simultaneously
- Solid PPC and performance marketing execution experience
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently
- Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not activity
Hiring Process

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary, expected to fall in the range of $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and demonstrated ability to execute. We offer paid time off, paid holidays, and standard benefits. Compensation is aligned to performance, with clear expectations around execution and measurable impact.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
