We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused Consumer Credit Repair Consultant to help individuals improve their credit profiles and regain financial confidence. In this role, you’ll work directly with consumers to analyze credit reports, explain dispute strategies, and guide them through the credit repair process with clarity, empathy, and integrity.

What You’ll Do
- Consult with consumers to review credit reports from major bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
- Educate clients on credit scoring, negative items, and dispute processes in clear, simple terms
- Enroll qualified clients into credit repair programs in a compliant, ethical manner
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding progress, expectations, and next steps
- Accurately document client interactions and account updates in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely dispute processing and client satisfaction
- Follow all federal and state regulations, including CROA and consumer protection laws
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in credit repair, financial services, collections, or consumer consulting
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Sales mindset with a consultative, consumer-first approach
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with scripts, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, email, and basic computer systems
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with credit repair software or dispute platforms
- Understanding of FICO scoring models and consumer credit laws
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
