Job Description:
As a Cosmetic Dental Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our porcelain smile design services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized and comprehensive information about our offerings. You will work closely with our dental team to ensure every client has a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, both in-person and through digital channels, to generate leads and schedule consultations.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of porcelain smile designs and how they can enhance their appearance and confidence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure clients receive personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs and goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cosmetic dentistry to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to network and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the
dental or cosmetic industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and porcelain smile designs is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
