Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 base salary
A privately held investment organization is seeking a highly experienced FP&A & Treasury Analyst to support enterprise-wide financial strategy, liquidity planning, and executive-level reporting. This role partners closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in forecasting, capital planning, and portfolio-level analysis across a complex, multi-entity structure.
This is a hands-on, analytical role suited for professionals with deep experience in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and investment support within a family office, investment firm, or energy-focused organization.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including long-range forecasts and cash flow projections
Lead budget planning and performance analysis across multiple business units and investment structures
Support liquidity management, capital planning, and treasury-related initiatives
Analyze investment activity and performance across a diversified portfolio
Prepare executive and board-level materials, including dashboards and financial summaries
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and special projects
Support financial systems, reporting tools, and data integrity across entities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, treasury, or investment-focused environments
Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
Experience supporting complex entity structures and investment portfolios
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Background in family office, investment firm, or energy-related environments strongly preferred
