HTI is recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to support the Maintenance and Reliability teams at a leading advanced materials manufacturing facility in South Carolina. This role sits within a highly technical, safety-driven production environment and provides hands-on electrical engineering support for plant operations, capital projects, and future expansions. The engineer will work closely with internal maintenance teams, external engineering firms, and global corporate partners.

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
- 1–3 years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with electrical repairs and facilities maintenance
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
- Experience with high-voltage systems and power monitoring preferred
- Familiarity with SKM Power Tools and Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert preferred
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and electrical integrity programs
- Experience supporting capital projects and managing MOC processes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for updating and maintaining as-built drawings
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and cultures
What Your Role Will Look Like:
- Provide day-to-day electrical engineering support for plant operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues impacting production and facilities
- Support electrical design, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Assist with process and equipment improvement initiatives
- Support and execute electrical integrity and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage electrical components of capital projects
- Coordinate work between internal teams, engineering firms, and contractors
- Support MOC requirements for projects and process changes
- Collect and analyze data in support of reliability improvement efforts
- Assist with electrical design and installation for future expansions
- Maintain accurate as-built electrical drawings and documentation
- Develop procedures for proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with maintenance, reliability, and global corporate engineering teams
