Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Studio Growth & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in driving the studio’s expansion, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging with our community through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, wellness, or creative industries, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the studio’s growth while developing professional skills in marketing and community outreach. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website content to increase studio visibility and membership engagement.
- Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing members.
- Manage content creation, including photography, videography, and copywriting for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the studio team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Assist in managing membership growth initiatives, referral programs, and special promotions.
- Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Support administrative tasks related to marketing efforts as needed.
Skills
- Comfortable building marketing systems, processes, and strategies from the ground up in a growing, female-owned small business.
- Interested in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or creative industries is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
