About Us:
At Oneiro Outreach, we partner with leading charities and nonprofits to market and sell backpacks including essential supplies to children who need them most. As a Full-Time Marketing Sales Representative you’ll engage with the public at events, pop-up booths, and retail locations—sparking meaningful conversations and inviting people to support a powerful cause by purchasing a backpack full of supplies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Represent a trusted nonprofit partner at live events, storefronts, and community gatherings
- Connect with potential supporters, explain the mission, and walk them through the sale process
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals related to backpack sales contribution and donor engagement
- Build genuine relationships with supporters by sharing updates and highlighting the real-world impact of their generosity
- Keep accurate records of weekly and monthly sales progress to your team lead
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction
- Passionate about children’s causes and making a difference
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors and in high-traffic public spaces
- Prior experience in outreach, advocacy, or sales is a plus—but we provide full training!
What We Offer:
- Full-time independent contractor role
- In-person, event-based role with frequent travel to busy retail or community locations
- Uncapped commission, with average earnings between $700–$1000 per week
