We have proven case studies in multiple industries and will provide sales assets to support your close.The RoleWe’re hiring an in-person Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and closing. You’ll work a mix of company-provided leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities (majority outbound). This is a role for someone who’s consistent, organized, and comfortable creating pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and local networking
- Build targeted lead lists and manage follow-up consistently
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Present solutions and close new clients (monthly retainers + web projects)
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and weekly activity/outcome reporting
- Coordinate clean handoffs to our internal delivery team after close
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (services/agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up volume
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
- Bonus: experience selling SEO, PPC, social media marketing, or web design
Compensation (Base + Commission)Base pay: $2,500/monthRetainer commission (paid on collected revenue):
- 25% of month 1 collected
- 10% of month 2 collected
- 10% of month 3 collected
- +$250 retention bonus if the client is active and paid through day 90
Minimum retainer to qualify: $1,850/month
Accelerators:
- $3,000–$4,999/mo retainers: +2% on months 1–3
- $5,000+/mo retainers: +4% on months 1–3
Web projects (paid on collected revenue):
- 10% on $3k–$7.5k
- 8% on $7.5k–$15k
- 6% on $15k+
On-Target Earnings (OTE)OTE is $70,000–$100,000, with top performers earning $120,000+ based on performance.Work LocationThis is an in-person role in Irvine, CA. Local field prospecting/networking is part of the role.
