Our client, a Japanese Trading / Aircraft Parts company, is now looking for their Vice President - Sales & Operation.

【Position】 Vice President - Sales & Operation.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and expand the Aircraft and Engine parts-out business.
- Forecast new business trends for the Aviation industry and implement standardized
- Plan, analyze, maintain, and achieve the annual budget for the department under supervision, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
- Conduct cost analysis for future projects, promoting innovation and continuous improvement of corporate operations.
- Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
- Determine workflow, schedules, and operational procedures to ensure cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and other executives, including but not limited to general administrative tasks, preparing and maintaining accurate records, researching new customers or products and responding to special requests.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department staff to enhance performance, ensure knowledge transfer, and strengthen overall team capability.
Qualifications:
- 8 years or higher related experience is required.
- Professional working proficiency level or Japanese language is preferred.
- Experience in aircraft and engine parts-out operations
- Establish network within the aviation industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
