This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. Most consultants average between $150,000 - $225,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions
- Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
- Pass Our Background Check
- 3+ years of In-Home Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management in High End Retail/ Restaurant experience preferred
- Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
- Experience with Apple products preferred
- A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
- Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment
