We are currently seeking an Architectural Graphic Designer in our Costa Mesa, CA office.
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our design team with high-quality visual materials. This role focuses on producing compelling graphics that communicate architectural concepts clearly and effectively as well portfolio and marketing graphics presentations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Proficiency in layout-heavy documents such as proposals, boards, and reports
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, and renderings
- Strong typography, color, and composition skills
- Prepare color and material selections for design projects
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High level of organization and file management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, polished deliverables
- Ability to create clear, well-composed layouts for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, plans, and design terminology
- Experience preparing graphics for client presentations and internal reviews
- Strong typography, color, and visual hierarchy skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take direction, learn firm standards, and grow design skills over time
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Required Experience and Skills:
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an architectural or design-focused firm
- Degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar) is a plus
