Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Marketing,
- 2-3 years of full-time work experience in Marketing, business development field
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and major social media platforms
- Proficient with MS Excel & Power point
Marketing Responsibilities
- Create bi-monthly email blast to engage with sales persons in our dealer network & A&D partners
- Create monthly blog to generate engagement opportunities with consumer, A&D & trade professionals
- Search product placement opportunities across all media
- Monitor paid social media post result, analyze engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rate, and conversions to improve ROI
- Create social media marketing campaign to target specific region & territory
- Identify, plan & attend industry tradeshows
- Update & maintain website, ensure all information is up to date, and website is epitomized
- Track & improve google search result, achieve first listing on several keyword search result
- Set up dealer A&D event opportunities to boost dealer sales, increase brand awareness and product knowledge
Business development Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationship
- Engage regional decorative plumbing showroom groups across US, and create direct business partnership opportunities
- Prepare, Review, & analyze monthly per store sales, create ideas & incentives to significantly increase per store sales
- Set up product presentations with architecture and interior design firm in major markets to increase brand & product knowledge, generate specification opportunities
- Research, schedule & lead weekly A&D product presentation in SoCal
- Assist with research, engagement, onboarding, and training of new regional reps
- Travel with existing & new regional reps to create direct relationships with showroom & sales persons and gain local knowledge
- Research & engage plumbing showroom organizations, & major distributors in Mexico, Canada, AU and EU for potential partnership

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
