If you love creating short-form video, experimenting with hooks, filming recipe-style content, and yes… occasionally working around very cute dogs, keep reading.
This is a 100% in-office role. We create together.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Creating. A lot.
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Film recipe-style prep videos featuring hydration, mixing, ingredient highlights, and feeding moments
- Capture dogs enjoying their meals (the best part of the job, honestly)
- Develop product education and trend-based content
- Write strong hooks and captions that feel human and not corporate
- Produce multiple original pieces of content weekly
You won’t just schedule posts. You’ll make them.
Paid Social Creative (Meta & TikTok)
- Develop ad creative variations for testing
- Write multiple hooks and angles
- Assist with campaign setup and creative uploads
- Monitor performance and identify what’s working
We care about content that converts and not just content that gets likes.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong short-form video portfolio required
- Comfortable shooting and editing independently
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong copywriting instincts
- In-office, full-time availability
Bonus if you have:
- CPG, food, or wellness brand experience
- Experience filming recipe or food-prep style content
- On-camera confidence
Hours:
· Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
· In office work
Physical Demands:
· Able to lift up to 40lbs
· Able to be on feet or sit at desk for prolonged periods of time
