Sales Executive / Product Specialist – Floatie Kings (Remote, Full-Time)
The Role
You're fielding qualified inbound leads from brands like SpaceX, Disney, Netflix, and Google who want custom promotional inflatables and pool floats. No cold calling. These prospects are already raising their hand.
But it's not just Fortune 500s. You'll also work with event agencies, small businesses, and individual buyers planning something big. The skill is knowing how to tailor your approach. A Disney marketing director needs a different conversation than a startup founder ordering their first custom piece. You need to win both.
What You'll Actually Be Measured On
- Gross Profit Generated – The #1 metric. Protect margin while delivering value.
- Conversion Rate – Leads are warm. Closing at a high rate is the expectation.

What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries immediately and run discovery to understand specs, vision, and timelines
- Close deals using solution selling, relationship building, and smart urgency tactics
- Tailor your sales approach to fit the client, whether it's a global brand, a growing business, or an individual buyer
- Structure offers that maximize deal size through upsells, bundles, and custom packages without over-discounting
- Manage 50 to 100 daily sales activities (emails, calls, SMS, Zooms) without losing accuracy or momentum
- Keep your CRM tight with clean stages, no bottlenecks, and full visibility on every deal
- Build long-term client relationships that drive reorders, referrals, and increased lifetime value
