Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused marketer who wants real ownership and a growth path into a more senior role. This role is about turning ideas, plans, and priorities into consistent, visible output across digital platforms, in-clinic materials, and patient communications.
You’ll play a key role in helping our marketing function stay organized, proactive, and operationally strong as our company continues to grow across multiple physical therapy clinics and a performance gym.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support the execution of marketing initiatives across several business lines, helping bring campaigns, content, and communications to life. Your work will touch digital marketing, in-clinic branding, patient communications, and growth support.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Supporting content creation and brand consistency across digital platforms and in-clinic materials
- Helping highlight providers, services, culture, and outcomes through social media and storytelling
- Assisting with email communications and newsletters to patients and members
- Designing and coordinating flyers, signage, and promotional materials for clinics, gym programs, and events
- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives throughout the year
- Assisting with referral outreach materials, community partnerships, and brand awareness efforts
- Supporting new-location launches and growth initiatives with coordinated marketing and communications
- Tracking marketing tasks, deadlines, and follow-through
- Helping keep shared assets, templates, and folders organized and easy to reuse
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Prior experience in marketing, communications, or content execution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to execute independently once direction is given
- Clear written communication skills
- Comfort juggling multiple projects at once
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with email platforms, social media scheduling tools, and basic design tools (Canva or similar)
- Understanding that marketing is a growth function, not just a creative function
Who You’ll Work With
- You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on priorities, strategy, and execution
- You’ll support the Marketing Director who brings strong ideas and vision but needs executional support
- You’ll work cross-functionally with clinic leadership, front desk teams, and gym operations

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
