FanIQ.One is hiring a Junior Sales Operations Associate to support fan acquisition and revenue growth for leading sports teams, music venues, and live-event organizations.
FanIQ.One is a live-event marketing and fan intelligence platform trusted by 75+ clients across major and minor sports leagues, as well as music venues, promoters, and event operators. We help our partners understand who their fans are, reach them more effectively, and convert attention into purchases.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, hands-on experience, and exposure across sales, marketing, and paid media—not just shadowing or administrative busywork.

What You’ll Do- Manage and maintain our CRM and prospect database
- Support outbound outreach efforts via email and LinkedIn
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads across sports and music organizations
- Collaborate with marketing on paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Assist with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Support sales opportunities from initial outreach through deal close
Compensation & Growth- Hourly position (part-time or full-time)
- Competitive hourly pay with performance-based incentives
- Strong performers are eligible to transition into a full-time salaried role after 6 months
