We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing company. Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of outbound sales calls / prospecting activity to build your book of business, including identifying, qualifying, and connecting with prospects
- Increase sales revenues and develop and maintain positive customer relationships within an assigned territories
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections, negotiate, and close business
- Conduct sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Prior sales and/or customer support experience is preferred
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with people
- Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Ability to work in a self-directed way
