Sales Manager
Salary Range: $75,000 – $78,000 per year
Travel: 30% Domestic Travel
Job Summary
The Sales Manager develops and maintains strong distributor relationships while driving strategic growth of our premium supplier brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Drive brand growth and market expansion
- Identify emerging trends and develop innovative sales solutions
Sales Excellence & Performance
- Exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize revenue growth
Relationship & Partnership Development
- Build strong partnerships with key distributors
- Provide expert guidance and strategic support
- Manage daily communication with distributors and regional sales representatives
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
Operational Excellence
- Oversee order processing and management
- Support promotional events and brand initiatives
- Lead special projects that contribute to business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong understanding of sales principles
- Korean corporate experience preferred
- Alcoholic beverage or CPG distribution experience preferred
- Results-oriented with focus on achieving targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written Korean skills required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
- Willing to travel up to 30% domestically
