Role Description
We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to be the face of Tropa Tequila on the streets of Los Angeles. This is a part-time, field-based role - you'll be hitting the pavement, building real relationships, and getting our tequila into the hands of new accounts across the city. You'll introduce Tropa to buyers and decision-makers at bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and entertainment venues, delivering compelling brand presentations and tastings, securing placements and menu features, and reporting weekly on activity and market feedback. You'll also represent the brand at pop-ups and promotional events as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in outside or field sales, with strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in relationship-building and new business development (you know how to open doors!)
- Prior experience in the beverage, alcohol, or hospitality industry is a strong plus
- Existing relationships with LA bars, restaurants, or liquor retailers is a major advantage
- Self-starter who thrives working independently and takes initiative without being told twice
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and in-person cold calling
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and flexibility for evenings and weekends
- 21+ years of age required
- Genuine passion for spirits, hospitality, and the LA lifestyle
