Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-Face Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers in retail stores, shopping centers, trade shows, and events to provide a personalized experience while showcasing telecommunications products and services.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation: Learn and clearly communicate the benefits of various service plans to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Customer Sign-Ups: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and professional experience from start to finish.
- Daily Sales Targets: Work toward clear daily and weekly goals with the support of your team leader and peers.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute in daily meetings, share insights, and help your team hit collective targets.
- Learning & Development: Take part in structured training focused on communication, sales techniques, and leadership skills.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and approachable presence, representing our client’s values with pride and consistency.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer questions and concerns in real-time using your training and available support.
- Territory Setup & Reporting: Assist with daily setup, capture customer insights, and report on outcomes.

- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, with some weekend flexibility)
