ROLE SUMMARY:
The Sales and Client Relations Coordinator will support the Marketing/Sales Team. They will be directly involved in Sales and Client relations efforts. Additionally, this role will be responsible for monitoring CRM platforms & ensuring a smooth transition from Client intake phases to time of project signing. The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is an exceptional communicator.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Development and Sales Support:
- Provide ongoing CRM support including execution of email journeys & monthly newsletters, contact maintenance, and data analytics
- Support leading sales intake calls capturing project notes, requirements, and next steps
- Assist in managing the RFP process internally from beginning to end, including intake, coordination, and submission support inclusive of budget proposals
- Partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer throughout the sales cycle to align the best projects for the Company and Client
- Ability to understand metrics and translate them effectively to leadership.
Client Support:
- Support client communication and management through the full project pursuit phase until the project is landed & signed
- Draft and send professional follow-up emails, status updates, and recap communications
- Ensure a polished, professional representation of Gladiator in all client interactions
- Support drafting of Statements of Work (SOWs), & executing paperwork with client stakeholders
Additional Support:
- Assist with updating business development materials, and customizing case study decks
- Support outbound sales efforts, and target industry research
- Assist with special projects related to target clients, new business initiatives, and strategic growth efforts
- General flexibility and agility for miscellaneous tasks that may arise
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 1-2 years CRM, Sales and/or Business Development experience or related Background/Interest in Marketing & Sales Driven environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Related Skills:
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills (verbal and written)
- Extremely proficient in Apple/Mac operating systems (OS Sequoia onward)
- Highly versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Beginner-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign)
- Understanding of web based software/databases (particularly CRM-focused)
