MaestroBath manufactures the finest line of luxurious bathroom products. All of our products are designed and handmade in Italy, and are exclusively sold by our company through ~8000sqft California showroom, nationwide through our website MaestroBath.com, and few other major online retailers such as Perigold.com.
Over the past 15 years, MaestroBath has established business relationships with numerous B2C clients such as celebrities, executives, etc. and B2B clients such as interior designers, builders, and kitchen and bath showrooms nationwide. As a result, MaestroBath products are featured in many showrooms nationwide. We currently have three distribution centers with multi-million dollar worth of inventory that enables us to offer customers industry-leading fulfillment time of 1 to 2 business days.
The company scaled its sales volume by 4X in the past 3 years, and we are honored and proud to be the selected as the exclusive distributor of Lamborghini bathroom products throughout the United States.

Your Day
- Curate and deliver an exceptional white-glove showroom experience from the first impression to final project specification that transfors client vision into refined, fully realized design solutions.
- Assume full ownership of monthly showroom revenue and gross margin performance, driving results through both in-person and remote luxury consultations.
- Lead the specification and sale of premium bath fixtures, bespoke kitchen cabinetry, and high-end construction solutions with authority, precision, and design fluency.
- Partner seamlessly with purchasing, warehouse, and executive leadership to ensure flawless post-sale execution, safeguarding both client satisfaction and brand integrity.
- Outreach to company provided sales leads such as construction firms, general contractors, designers, and architects to build new business partnerships.
- Generate sales leads and actively seek out to new clientele, including Architects, Designers, Builder, and Homeowners.
- Build prosperous business relationships with existing clients to drive sales and growth.
- Lead or support inbound showroom, phone call, or email sales and closely track deals via CRM until their successful closure.
- Maintain the company CRM tool, and ensure all members of the sales staff adhere to the highest sales standards.
- Assist clients with space layout, bathroom design and product selection when needed; Design experience is a plus
- Provide world-class customer service to clients, and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Offer Interior Design Consultation
- Remain on top of our existing and newly added product collections to assist clients with space layout, bathroom design and product selection
You Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education plus experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter
- Engaging personality and remarkable communication skills both written and verbal
- +1 years of professional inside or outside sales experience
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms
- Experience with Adobe or similar tools to formulate interior design proposals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and etc.) and Google Suites (doc, sheet, and etc.)
- Available to work on weekends in the showroom
- Willing to Travel and meet clients
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Interior design experience and interest / knowledge of high-end luxury goods
- Experience with Construction, reading blueprints, and creating architectural designs
- Experience in graphic design, particularly in a marketing or product-centric environment
- Strong Organizational skills
