Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to attract driver applicants and give exposure to 3 other sister companies
- Post and manage job ads on platforms such as Indeed, social media, and other recruiting channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to improve lead quality and volume
- Manage companies social media accounts and online presence
- Develop engaging content (ads, posts, graphics, short videos) focused on driver recruitment and marketing for sister companies
- Track cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and recruiting ROI
Driver Recruiting Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and communicate with driver applicants via phone, email, and text
- Conduct initial interviews and pre-qualify drivers based on company requirements
- Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate applicant records and follow up with leads consistently
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers
- Collaborate with operations or management to meet hiring and social media exposure goals
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, recruiting, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job boards, social media advertising, and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple applicants and campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable using CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, or spreadsheets
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting CDL or non-CDL drivers
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills
- Sales or lead conversion experience
