Overview

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation, upselling, and account management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools like Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term relationships.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technology or industrial sector.
- Strong background in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Experience in marketing coordination, including lead generation campaigns and product demos that drive engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
