We're not your typical "guru-led" program charging $10K+ for courses. We're a tight-knit community built on authentic relationships, real results, and accessible education at $77/month.
We also offer the Inner Circle, our high-ticket mentorship program for serious investors who want hands-on guidance from experienced operators as they scale their portfolios.

The Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who gets it. Someone who understands that selling education isn't about pressure tactics or closing at all costs—it's about genuinely connecting people with the resources that will change their investing journey.
This is a hybrid setter/closer/customer success role. You'll be the first real conversation many prospects have with The Deal Room, which means you're not just booking calls or hitting quotas—you're building relationships that turn into memberships, and memberships that turn into million-dollar deals.
What You'll Do
Lead Qualification & Setting (60% of your time)
- Engage with warm leads from our deal analyzer tool and organic channels
- Qualify prospects through authentic conversations (not scripts)
- Set qualified appointments for community membership enrollment
- Identify high-intent prospects who would benefit from our Inner Circle mentorship program
- Set and qualify demos for the Inner Circle (high-ticket mentorship) that co-founder Gabe will close
- Follow up consistently without being pushy
Closing & Enrollment (25% of your time)
- Close qualified prospects into our $77/month community membership
- Present the value of The Deal Room in a way that resonates with each individual
- Handle objections naturally by understanding what prospects actually need
- Guide new members through onboarding to ensure they feel welcomed
- Recognize when a prospect needs more hands-on guidance and position Inner Circle appropriately
Customer Success (15% of your time)
- Check in with newer members to ensure they're getting value
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with community or Inner Circle
- Be a friendly face that represents The Deal Room's culture
- Spot members who might be ready to level up to Inner Circle mentorship
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Previous sales experience (2+ years minimum)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tech
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Available for full-time hours
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in real estate, investing, or education sales
- Familiarity with online communities or membership models
- Understanding of multifamily real estate investing
- Experience with customer success or account management
- Previous experience setting or closing high-ticket offers ($5K+)

Compensation
Base Salary: $2,000/month
Commission Structure:
Inner Circle (High-Ticket Mentorship):
- 7% commission on deals you set that close (closed by co-founder Gabe)
- 12% commission if you close the deal yourselfRealistic Earnings Potential: $4,000-$7,000+/month depending on performance
Additional Commission Opportunities:
- Upsell monthly members to $497/year annual membership
- Upsell monthly members to $175 quarterly membership
- Commission paid on upsells and upgrades
