Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (Saturday extra pay)
OTE: starting $3,500/month ($1,500 base + performance commissions)
We are a fast-growing Reputation Management company working with US businesses that reach out to us due to real reputational risk.
We’re hiring a US-based Sales Setter to own speed of response, follow-ups, and pipeline coordination. This role is essential to revenue flow and deal velocity.
You are not closing deals.
You are responsible for keeping leads warm, qualified, and moving.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls
- Make outbound phone calls to inbound leads for check-ins and qualification (no video calls)
- Run structured follow-ups so no lead goes cold
- Qualify inbound leads and book calls for the US-based closer
- Provide basic status updates to prospects when needed
- Tag, organize, and maintain leads in the CRM
- Work closely with the closer and founder to ensure clean handoffs
Who We’re Looking For
- US-based, fluent English
- Prior experience as a sales setter, SDR, or inbound sales rep
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with business owners and founders
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Available 8–10 hours per day, including Saturdays
- Strong follow-up discipline and sense of urgency
Compensation
- $1,500/month base
- Commission on deals set
- STARTING OTE: ~$3,500/month
