We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting our non-profit organization’s financial operations and mission-driven initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your financial expertise while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparing budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports to support organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Create and maintain reports and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables and charts.
• Perform expense tracking and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and optimize spending.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver accurate financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and charts effectively.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in finance or non-profit organizations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and data interpretation tools is preferred.
