Sales & Finance Manager (A–Z Role)
Empathy Motors is hiring an experienced Sales & Finance Manager to run deals from first contact to delivery. This is an A–Z position — not a trainee role and not a sales-only seat.
We’re looking for a proven operator who can independently close cash and finance deals, sell backend products ethically, and execute within a structured, process-driven environment.

What You’ll Do (End-to-End Responsibility)
- Manage customer interactions from first contact to delivery
- Desk and close cash and finance deals
- Run credit, submit to banks, and present approvals
- Sell backend products (service contracts, GAP, add-ons)
- Follow compliance, and CRM processes
- Work inside an AI-assisted CRM (Podium) for lead management and follow-up
- Deliver clean, fundable deals
Who We’re Looking ForRequired
- Used car dealership experience
- Hands-on experience running A–Z deals (including F&I)
- Comfortable with subprime and prime lending
- Proven ability to close ethically and consistently
- Strong communication skills and emotional control
