Role Description
This is a hybrid, commission-based role based in Harrisburg, PA for a Sales Executive focused on ticket sales. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by selling season tickets, group packages, single-game tickets, and premium experiences for Capital City Islanders matches. Responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting outbound sales calls/emails, building relationships with businesses and community groups, closing deals, meeting/exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance fan experience. Uncapped commission structure offers unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably ticket sales, sponsorships, or sports/entertainment
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for effective lead generation and closing
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting (cold calling, networking, email outreach)
• Passion for soccer and community engagement
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
