Graphic Designer
Graphic design requires intelligence, knowledge, talent, and skill, as well as an affinity for images, words, and media. Graphic Designers create layouts and designs for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and other published materials in both print and online formats.
They Are Responsible For
- Selecting and arranging artwork
- Creating illustrations
- Choosing colors
- Influencing the overall design concept
- Conducting press checks
Knowledge of the latest graphic design software is essential. Strong communication skills are equally important, as designers frequently collaborate with production artists, writers, art directors, and creative directors.
UI Design Responsibilities
- Intermediate skills in UI design and solid knowledge of UI design principles
- Experience in design delivery and UI research
- Ensuring quality and consistency in UI deliverables (mockups, clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for development handoff, simple animations)
- Translating brand guidelines into digital UI for products
- Applying UI research methods (competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility)
- Collaborating closely with Product Designers (UX) and software engineers to ensure smooth asset handoff and UI reviews of live code
- Opportunity to upskill in design leadership through team process initiatives, stakeholder communication, and establishing UI design practices

- Ability to build concepts and execute visual strategy across consumer touchpoints (packaging, promotional materials, retail displays)
- Consistent and creative application of brand guidelines
- Ownership of project presentations to communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices to cross-functional teams
Technical Skills Nice to Have
- Expertise in latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexibility in dynamic environments and ability to influence across functional partners
