Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Boca Raton, FL. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to enhance brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content across platforms, optimizing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement, and collaborating with the team to develop digital marketing campaigns. Organize print marketing material as well as digital. The role also involves staying updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure the organization's online presence remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Content Creation, Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Skills in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Proficiency in TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with the audience and team members
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of design tools and an eye for aesthetics is a plus
- Prior experience in managing social media for brands or businesses is preferred
