Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Social Media & Brand Associate to support day-to-day execution across social platforms, especially TikTok and TikTok Shop. This role will help manage content pipelines, assist with social strategy execution, paid media management, support product launches, and analyze performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities
TikTok & Social Media Execution
- Manage day-to-day TikTok posting, scheduling, and content organization across multiple brands
- Support TikTok Shop operations including product uploads, creator outreach, promotions, and campaign setup
- Assist with launching new brands into TikTok
- Monitor trends, sounds, hashtags, and emerging formats to inform content creation
- Coordinate with internal teams and creators to ensure content is delivered on time
Content Management
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Organize creative assets (videos, images, scripts, briefs)
- Assist in briefing creators and editing short-form content
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance in social content
- Track what content is live and what is in production
Performance & Analytics
- Track social and TikTok Shop KPIs (views, CTR, conversions, revenue, ROAS, creator performance)
- Build weekly reports and dashboards
- Identify winning content patterns and opportunities for optimization
- Support A/B testing of creative formats and hooks
Brand Support
- Assist in executing social media strategies across brands
- Support promotional planning, product launches, and campaigns
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community feedback
- Help ensure brand pages are optimized and updated
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok and social commerce platforms
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a major plus
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in consumer brands, digital marketing, and e-commerce
- Hungry to learn, proactive, and resourceful
Nice to Have
- Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile apps)
- Creator outreach or affiliate management experience
- Experience working with consumer packaged goods or health/wellness brands
- Knowledge of FTC/FDA social compliance basics
