Duties:
- Manage Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments as well as the preparation and implementation of response action plans
- Prepare work plans and detailed cost estimates for environmental investigation, remediation, and soil vapor mitigation projects
- Oversee designing response action plans/mitigation systems at contaminated soil, groundwater, and soil vapor project sites
- Prepare plans and specifications to facilitate contractor bidding and selection for environmental remediation projects.
- Design remediation systems and soil vapor mitigation systems, and prepare operation and maintenance plans
- Coordinate, direct, and oversee field personnel and subcontractors
- Prepare new project proposals – includes scopes of work and cost estimates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, etc.)
- 8+ years of experience in environmental engineering or consulting
- Experience managing projects that include field data collection, investigation, and construction/remediation
- Experience writing Phase II reports, Response Actions Plans (RAPs), and Vapor RAPs
- Experience preparing cost proposals
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
- PE registration a plus (but not required)
- Professional Geologist (PG) license a plus (but not required)
Salary: $110-130K
