About Buffalo Roam Outfitters (BRO):
Buffalo Roam Outfitters (BRO) is the most innovative workwear and safety brand ever built and we are entering our third year of operation. Last year, we primarily served construction and industrial businesses by providing custom-logo workwear, safety gear, and promotional products.
By selling and branding the top workwear products already trusted in the market, we gained firsthand insight into what companies truly need - and what was missing from existing options. That experience led us to develop our own premium product line, including hats, hoodies, t-shirts, hi-vis, quarter zips, and performance gear built to match or exceed the quality of the brands businesses already buy.
Moving into 2026, we have successfully partnered with multiple construction organizations like: ABC Mississippi, ABC West Tennessee, ABC Greater Tennessee, ABC North Florida, ABC Alabama, AGC Mississippi, AGC Alabama, and Mississippi Trucking Association. These partnerships are the foundation of our growth and the reason behind the rapid expansion needed in 2026.
About The Role:
BRO is looking to hire B2B sales representatives to attack the territories where we have successfully negotiated new partnerships.
When you come on board, you will be partnering with your territories organization from the above list. They have already agreed to put you in touch with the buyers at key member businesses, provide us with monthly marketing support, free access to any and all organization events throughout the year, and more. You will be responsible for creating a strong relationship with this organization, converting these warm leads into sales, leveraging existing connections to generate sales, and pursuing cold leads in your territory to generate sales.
Our foundation and partnerships will help you get in the door, but you will be responsible for converting them. If you are the right person for the job and are willing to put in the work needed to build a strong customer base, the earnings potential is tremendous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your partnering organization, its membership, and your clients.
- Convert warm leads provided by our partnering organizations.
- Leverage existing industry connections to generate new business.
- Identify cold business opportunities to generate new business.
- Daily phone calls, in-person visits, and email outreach.
- Attend semi-regular events hosted by partnering organizations throughout your territory.
- Execute seasonal sales programs, launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Use company resources to source, quote, and execute all of your orders.
- Communicate with the clients and art team about necessary artwork decoration information.
- Manage and report sales activity, target customers, and progress through a weekly sales meeting.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with excellent organization and time management
- Passion for the outdoor, lifestyle, or apparel industry is a plus
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
