Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert product recommendations, fostering lasting client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining extensive product knowledge, and upholding the brand's values in every interaction. The role also includes assisting with store operations, visual merchandising, inventory organization, and contributing to a cohesive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or retail experience, preferably in the luxury or premium sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and multitasking skills
- Passion for luxury products and knowledge of jewelry, watches, and related accessories
- Language skills, such as fluency in English and additional languages, are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is an advantage
