Role Description
This is a hybrid role (on-site and remote). The Franchise Sales Representative will review franchise applications, contact and qualify potential candidates, present the Vara Juice opportunity, and guide prospects through the discovery and onboarding process. This role is key to helping expand the Vara Juice brand and bringing our mission of better nutrition to more communities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills to engage franchisees.
- Proven experience in sales, franchising, or business development.
- Ability to review, qualify, guide, and follow up with franchise applications throughout the entire process.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hybrid (on-site & remote) role
- Proficient with CRM and sales tools; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferre.
- Passion for growing brands and building strong relationships.
