Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about helping customers get results. This person will play a key role in onboarding, supporting, retaining, and growing our customer base by making sure users understand how to use DripJobs effectively and consistently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, a strong communicator, and genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed. This role requires someone who can build relationships, solve problems, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with assigned DripJobs customers and serve as their main point of contact
- Guide new customers through onboarding and help them get fully set up for success
- Ensure customers are actively using the platform and implementing key features
- Conduct check-in calls, strategy calls, and success reviews with customers
- Help customers understand best practices for automation, pipeline management, estimating, follow-up, and workflow setup
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and usage to identify risks early
- Proactively reach out to customers who show signs of low engagement or churn risk
- Work closely with support, onboarding, product, and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Identify upsell, expansion, and referral opportunities when appropriate
- Document customer interactions, needs, and success plans clearly inside company systems
- Collect customer feedback and communicate trends, pain points, and feature requests to the product team
- Help improve retention by driving customer outcomes and long-term value
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role
- SaaS experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable leading Zoom calls, trainings, and strategic conversations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively
- Ability to explain software in a simple, helpful, and confident way
- Experience working with CRMs, automation tools, or business software is a plus
- Experience in home services, construction, or a related industry is a plus
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a heart to serve customers
