We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our Postal Solutions division, focused on our Package Room Management offering. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build meaningful client relationships, earn uncapped commissions, and do it all with the support of an experienced team behind them.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect and close new multifamily business throughout Florida and the USA
- Nurture and grow existing relationships, introducing new solutions as they become available
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for quoting and fulfillment
- Represent the company at industry events where the company maintains apartment association membership (AAGO, BAAA, TAA, HAA, etc.) and national trade shows
- Travel regionally and occasionally nationwide for client meetings and events
What You Bring:
- Direct experience selling to the multifamily housing industry (property managers, developers, or vendors)
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong networking skills and a relationship-first sales approach
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $72,000–$80,000
- On-track earnings (OTE): $115,000+ with uncapped commission
