The Role:
This is not an order-taker role. We’re looking for a high-output, competitive SDR who wants to break into SaaS sales and earn it. You’ll work directly with an Account Executive to build a pipeline, open doors, and create real revenue opportunities. If you’re the type who thrives on targets, hates losing, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt: high-volume outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) every day
- Qualify and convert inbound + outbound leads into real opportunities
- Book qualified meetings for your Account Executive
- Partner tightly with your AE on account strategy and deal progression
- Follow up relentlessly (most reps quit too early, you won’t)
- Own your pipeline contribution like it’s your business
What You’re Measured On:
- Meetings booked (and held)
- Qualified pipeline generated
- Conversion rates (outreach → meeting → opportunity)
- Activity output (calls, emails, touches)
- Revenue influenced
Who You Are:
- Competitive by nature (sports, sales, life - you keep score)
- Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach
- Strong communicator, clear, confident, direct
- Self-motivated, you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Coachable, but not soft
- You want to be an Account Executive, not “just an SDR”
Bonus Points:
- SaaS or outbound sales experience
- Familiar with tools like Salesforce
