Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing leads, and building long-lasting relationships with potential residents and their families. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the community management team to ensure occupancy goals are met. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Cleveland.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or Account Management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Relationship Building
- Ability to meet sales targets, manage pipelines, and work with CRM tools
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Knowledge of the senior living industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
