Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by keeping customer communication, scheduling, documentation, and CRM data accurate and moving forward.
This role is responsible for ensuring customers and partners receive timely responses, internal ownership is clear, and follow-ups are completed.
The Sales Coordinator will also collaborate closely with Sales Operations to log, track, and triage customer-impacting items so work does not stall and issues are addressed quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Responsiveness and Support: Serve as a first-line point of contact for customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely responses, coordinate next steps, and keep customers informed with clear status updates.
Scheduling and Sales Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, confirm attendees, and support agenda and materials preparation. Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence so commitments made to customers and partners are met.
Sales Documentation and Deal Support: Coordinate and manage sales documentation such as quotes, proposals, and contracts, including packaging, version control, and supporting signature routing. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Maintain and improve templates and checklists to speed up repeatable work.
CRM Hygiene and Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records including contacts, activities, deal stages, next steps, and follow-ups. Generate and distribute regular sales reports and summaries. Identify missing information and proactively work with sellers to close gaps.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Issue Triage (Sales Ops Partnership): Partner with Sales Operations and internal teams to keep customer-impacting work moving and reduce last-minute surprises. Log and track requests and issues consistently, confirm ownership and due dates, monitor open items and aging follow-ups, and escalate blockers when needed to protect the customer experience.
