The Position:
We're searching for a top-notch, self-starting, solutions-oriented operations professional with a background in transportation, logistics, and supply-chain. As a Carrier Account Manager, you'll be a key member of our high-performing operations team, supporting the sales team in delivering the highest levels of customer service and reliability in the industry. You'll implement our strategies while working in a fun and fast-paced environment filled with opportunities to learn, make a significant impact, and grow within your role and within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Carrier Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners through effective communication via telephone and email.
- Carrier Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified carriers to meet the transportation requirements of our clients while employing excellent negotiation skills
- Technology: Harness our technology platform, data analytics, and other available resources to make well-informed decisions, engage in price negotiations, drive process automation, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordination: Coordinate logistics activity, including scheduling arrival dates and delivery appointments
- Collaboration: Communicate load statuses, issues, and concerns to sales team and work closely to resolve and provide 100% WOW Customer Service
- Service: Deliver outstanding service to both our carrier partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
- Problem Solving: Thrive in the face of challenges, finding quick solutions to keep supply chains moving seamlessly
- KPIs Achieve or surpass established weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Go-getter: Self-starting and highly self-motivated with a high desire to WIN
- Problem-Solver: Desire and ability to find unique solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability: Proficient in efficiently managing multiple tasks within a rapidly evolving and fast-paced work environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or supply chain is highly preferred, but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree is a plus)

Compensation:
This is an opportunity with unlimited growth potential for the right individual with a highly incentive-structured compensation package starting at 45-60k base with an OTE of $80,000+ after year 1 and possibility to earn over $100,000 in year 2 and beyond.
