Job Summary
Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity–backed healthcare organization seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support financial planning, growth initiatives, and acquisition-related analysis across a multi-location platform. This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, and private equity stakeholders to evaluate expansion opportunities, support post-acquisition integration, and drive data-informed strategic decisions.
This position is ideal for candidates with early-career experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting who are looking to move closer to operating strategy within healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis in partnership with operational leaders
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, acquisitions, and new site expansions
- Assist with financial diligence and post-acquisition integration analysis
- Analyze performance of newly launched or acquired locations, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare KPI reporting and financial analyses for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and strategy teams on growth-related initiatives
- Support ad hoc strategic projects and long-term planning efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, corporate development/finance, or management consulting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including forecasting and pro forma analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or BI tools a plus
- Ability to synthesize financial and operational data into clear insights for leadership
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site services, or other regulated industries preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
