Territory: New York, NY (Remote-based, in the field 4-5 days per week)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Uncapped Bonus: $50,000+
- On-Target Earnings: $125,000+

Our Business Development team plays a critical role in expanding access to care by building strong referral partnerships with healthcare organizations and provider groups.

About the Role – Provider Relationship ManagerAs a Provider Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups throughout your territory. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role that blends strategic outreach, in-person engagement, and data-informed territory management to drive patient access to care.
You will own your territory, build long-term partnerships, and directly contribute to SOL’s growth by connecting patients to timely mental health services – all with the support of senior leadership in your market.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, medical practices, and health systems across your territory
- Conduct consistent in-person meetings to educate partners on SOL services and referral processes
- Activate new referral partnerships and support integration into partner workflows
- Maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and opportunities using Salesforce
- Track referral trends and territory performance to prioritize outreach
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partnership processes and referral experience
What Will Help You Succeed- 1-3 years of inside or outside sales experience (healthcare or provider-facing sales preferred)
- Comfortable working in a field-based role 4-5 days per week
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to own and grow a territory independently
- Comfortable learning new systems (Salesforce, Salesforce Maps, Data Tools), processes, and clinical workflows
- Interest in healthcare and improving access to mental health services
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management
- Consultative, problem-solving sales approach
