- Quality & Compliance: Maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure all production activities align with ISO requirements and internal SOPs.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain Work Instructions (WIs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Technical Files to ensure repeatable high-quality output.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address production bottlenecks or equipment failures.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary technical contact for R&D, Supply Chain, and Floor Technicians to ensure seamless product transitions (NPI).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (Required).
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills (Required):
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent technical writing and blueprint reading skills (GD&T).
- Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
- Experience with automated robotics or PLC programming.
- Knowledge of cGMP or ISO 13485 (for MedTech environments).
What We Offer
