The Role:
We’re looking for a National Account Manager to oversee and grow key client relationships across the country. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on strategic account management, business development, and ensuring client success. You’ll be the primary point of contact for national accounts, identifying opportunities to optimize logistics solutions and drive revenue growth. Travel will be required to meet with clients and support business initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track account performance, provide insights, and support strategy development
- Serve as the voice of the client internally, driving continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Logistics or transportation industry experience is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings
