We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and curious Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work directly under the Senior Marketing Manager to support a range of initiatives across partnerships, events, email campaigns, sales enablement, and more.

What You’ll Do
Partnership & Event Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of partner and industry events
- Help manage event logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-ups
- Track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes from partner activations
Email Marketing
- Build and schedule marketing emails in platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
- Support in creating and optimizing nurture and drip campaigns
- Help track email performance metrics and report insights
Sales Enablement Materials
- Collaborate on the development and design of sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
- Ensure materials are aligned with brand messaging and updated regularly
- Coordinate feedback between sales and marketing teams
Marketing Operations
- Assist in cross-functional project management
- Maintain organization across marketing assets and campaign timelines
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and creative ideas for content and campaigns
Who You Are
- You’re a recent graduate or early-career marketer with ~1–2 years of experience
- Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and the creator economy
- Detail-oriented, with great project management and multitasking skills
- A strong writer and communicator who isn’t afraid to take initiative
- Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Canva, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Ads
